These Terms of Service govern your use of www.scoopkraze.com and any purchases made from ScoopKraze, LLC. By visiting our website, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You may not use our products, website, photographs, graphics, descriptions, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service or orders when fraud, abuse, payment issues, inventory problems, pricing errors, or violations of these terms are suspected.

2. Mystery and Personalized Products

ScoopKraze sells mystery scoops, surprise bundles, themed gifts, faith-filled bags, children’s scoops, personalized gifts, and other curated products.

Product photographs are examples only. The exact items, colors, brands, sizes, styles, quantities, and assortment may vary based on availability.

Customer likes, dislikes, favorite colors, themes, and other preferences will be considered when provided. However, specific products or requests are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the product listing.

A customer’s dislike of a mystery item, color, style, brand, or assortment does not make the order defective or eligible for a refund.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Products and promotions are subject to availability. We may substitute an unavailable mystery item with another item of similar type or value when appropriate.

We reserve the right to:

Limit product quantities
Discontinue products or promotions
Correct pricing or description errors
Cancel an order affected by an obvious error
Update product details without prior notice

If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded.

4. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and ScoopKraze begins preparing or fulfilling it.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees will be added at checkout.

We may contact you to verify an order, address, preference, or payment detail before fulfillment.

5. Processing and Shipping

Processing times may vary depending on the product, personalization requested, inventory availability, order volume, holidays, and carrier conditions.

Estimated processing or delivery dates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. ScoopKraze is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

When an order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law. Federal rules generally require online sellers to ship within the advertised timeframe or, when none is provided, within 30 days.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Because our products are mystery-based, curated, personalized, or prepared specifically for an order, all sales are final, except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

We do not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds because of:

A change of mind
Dislike of mystery contents
Color, style, or brand preferences
Duplicate products
An unfulfilled preference request
Failure to read the product description
An incorrect address supplied by the customer

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the products, packaging, shipping box, and label.

When a valid claim is approved, ScoopKraze may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

This section is subject to our separate Refund and Return Policy and any non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before order preparation begins.

Once we have started purchasing, personalizing, selecting, assembling, or packing products for an order, it may no longer be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. Any payment collected for a canceled, unshipped order will be refunded as required.

8. Promotions, Discounts and Giveaways

Promotions, coupon codes, free-shipping offers, discounts, and giveaways:

Apply only during the stated promotional period
May be limited to specific products or customers
Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
Have no cash value
May be changed or ended when permitted by law

Separate giveaway rules may apply. Social-media promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Etsy, Shopify, or Whatnot unless specifically stated otherwise.

9. Children’s Products

Products marketed for children must be used under appropriate adult supervision.

Customers are responsible for determining whether an item is appropriate for the recipient’s age, abilities, allergies, and needs. Small items may present a choking hazard and are not intended for children under three unless expressly identified as suitable.

Packaging, tags, warnings, and manufacturer instructions should be retained and followed.

10. Allergies, Food and Personal-Care Items

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient labels, manufacturer warnings, expiration dates, and allergy information before using or consuming any product.

Do not use a personal-care, beauty, bath, fragrance, pet, or food item if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient.

ScoopKraze does not provide medical, nutritional, veterinary, or allergy advice.

11. Intellectual Property

All ScoopKraze names, logos, original graphics, photographs, written descriptions, website content, and promotional materials belong to ScoopKraze, LLC or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, altered, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Product and company names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Reviews and Customer Content

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content to ScoopKraze, you confirm that:

You have the right to submit it
It is truthful and lawful
It does not violate another person’s rights
It does not contain harmful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent material

You grant ScoopKraze permission to display or share submitted content for business and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website to:

Commit fraud or unlawful acts
Submit false information
Interfere with website security
Introduce viruses or harmful code
Scrape or copy website content without permission
Harass or impersonate another person
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Violate intellectual-property or privacy rights

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, Etsy, and other providers.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, outages, content, or actions. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Shopify provides merchants with tools for customer privacy settings, but each merchant remains responsible for configuring the store and complying with applicable privacy laws.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoopKraze, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ScoopKraze’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScoopKraze, LLC and its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another resolution process.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the website with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

21. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy, form the complete agreement governing purchases and use of our store.
