Refund policy
Due to the personalized and mystery nature of our products, all sales are final. ScoopKraze, LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Disliking the mystery items, colors, styles, brands, or assortment received
- Duplicate items
- Preference requests that could not be fulfilled
- Changes of mind after an order has been placed
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
Product photos are examples only. The contents of every mystery scoop or bundle vary based on availability. Preferences, likes, dislikes, and favorite colors will be considered when provided, but specific items are not guaranteed.
